But I must highlight that the customer service experience was great and that Elisa at registration was amazing and went above and beyond to resolve an issue by her taking the initiative to escalate to deliver a quick resolution and a great customer service experience. "Incredible stay AND got nice rest as expect. We were bit concerned with previous some reviews but with out stay, everything went as planned. Room was absolutely clean and felt fresh and cozy. Front desk team members were very courteous. Break Fast was really amazing. Absolutely wonderful. "Update: Management did finally get the coffee issue resolved. As is usually the case...the management and employees are kind and nice people. I stand by my original point but I could have been a bit kinder myself. Apologies! (In my defense...I hadn't had my coffee that morning!) Inexcusable for a hotel to not have coffee for days.
